JRNL is a passion project created by two friends who believe that open, judgment-free tracking can lead to better sexual health among peers. We built this space so you can reflect, stay organized, and share information responsibly when it matters.

We do not judge, rank, or monetize your stories. Everything you enter stays private to your account—no feed, no leaderboard, no unwanted sharing.

How we keep data safe

• Your password is hashed before it ever touches the database.
• Data lives in a managed Postgres instance, scoped by user IDs so only you load your records.
• Environment secrets stay on the server—there are no client-side credentials or third-party analytics siphoning your logs.

While we follow industry best practices for small, user-owned apps, JRNL is not a HIPAA-compliant medical system. Please store only what you are comfortable tracking.
